www.hrc.org: The Human Rights Campaign envisions an America where lesbian,
gay, bisexual and transgender people are ensured equality and embraced as
full members of the American family at home, at work and in every community. HRC is a national organization offering many services, including the Coming Out Project.
www.lgbtagingcenter.org: Led by SAGE, the National Resource Center on
LGBT Aging has many programs and services designated for assisting LGBT
older adults, including a state-by-state map of services.

www.lgbtcenters.org: CenterLink exists to support the development of
strong, sustainable LGBT community centers, as they believe centers are
engines of community organizing and liberation and crucial to the health and
strength of LGBT communities. Centerlink provides contact information for
community centers around the country.
www.SAGE.org: SAGE (Service and Advocacy for GLBT Elders) is the country's
largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian,
gay, bisexual and transgender older adults. There are numerous SAGE centers
